Everything. This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel and it won't be the last. The building is beautiful, the lounge area is lovely and the breakfast is simply fantastic. There is plenty of parking on the street for free after 6 pm but if in doubt you can book the hotel car park. I arrived late on a Saturday evening on the French long weekend of Pentecost but still found parking close to the hotel. One point: I recommend specifying that you want a room in the interior of the hotel to avoid being put in one of the annexe rooms overlooking the car park.

Warm welcome from reception and suggestions for restaurant, lovely art deco lounge. Comfortable room with river view, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge. Organic fairtrade cotton towels and organic soap/ shower gel. Good position to walk along the river promenade and walk to restaurants. Close to Auchan hypermarket too for food supplies while travelling. A very relaxing and comfortable stopover for us, travelling south to north.

We arrived late and have been welcomed by a very attentive young men who made some phonecalls to find an (still) open restaurant for us. He gave us helpful information and recommendations and we choose a nice place with wonderful food (Millésime Mâcon) for a late dinner! We especially liked the hotels breakfast and would come back for it. Easygoing and welcoming, wonderful cheese, high quality food, very friendly host!

Overall, good value for money : - Charming building, nicely decorated that feels like a boutique hotel and not, as I wrongly feared, a standard chain hotel - Confortable mattress - Towels in organic cotton and nice hygiene products - Friendly staff - Check-out at 12pm - Parking (did not tried the breakfast as we woke up late)

A warm welcome and very attentive and helpful staff. Good breakfast with freshly made yogurt! Easy to find with onsite parking. Much of the architectural details like floors and windows, lovingly retained and restored.

Secure parking inside the hotel. Good location near the centre with a choice of restaurants at walking distance. Easily accessible from the motorway. Comfortable room, although rather small in size.

The decoration is just exquisite and you feel so cosy in the room and hotel lobby. Breakfast not included was really of excellent quality . Rooms have absolutely all you need inside. Bedding is superb.
