We really enjoy staying at this hotel having used it a couple of times this year. Easy to find, good location and very dog friendly. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful; on this trip I had forgotten to book car parking (remember to pre-book) and although the hotel car park was full that night, the receptionist volunteered her car parking spot on the road outside as she was finishing her shift shortly, very, very helpful. Really like reading all of the history of the hotel and seeing the old photos in the lift. A lovely, quirky hotel that we will use again and recommend highly.

We arrived at the hotel during Friday night rush hour meaning the road in front of the hotel was very busy. The on-site parking wasn't available but we were able to park across the road from the hotel for free.....luckily our room overlooked the front so we could keep an eye on our car. The hotel is very stylish & comfortable. The buffet breakfast was exceptional...plentiful, hot food options, beautiful bread & local specialities to try.....eaten in a very lovely breakfast room. The staff are professional & friendly. The bed was very comfortable & all very clean. Would thoroughly recommend.

The staff were friendly and helpful and able to arrange use of the garage which saved hunting for parking on a very busy road. There's a very nice lounge that serves a good range of Burgundy wines and has a Pleyel grand piano which I played. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked effectively. It had a nice river view. There are plenty of restaurants and bars a few minutes walk along the river.

Location was good for the centre of the city, it has onsite parking, nice overlook of the river. the staff were exceptionally helpful, taking our bags to the room, recommending restaurants and offering to make reservations for us. The hotel has different outdoor seating areas and a lounge / bar area downstairs. The rooms were really nice and we liked the decor.

Excellent hotel with private parking. Lovely riverside property with interesting history. The room overlooking the Saone was delightful and the hotel public spaces are delightful. Location of hotel is right on the Quai Jean Jaurès. It has a great bar with a somelier and comfortable lounge area with sumptuous seating.

Lovely old hotel by the river. Steeped in history and nicely refurbished by Best Western. The staff were fabulous and have even packed up and posted to me a nightie I left in the bathroom, free of charge! Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. We didn't pay for parking and parked in the free Parking Monnier only 6 mins walk away, along the river.

Great location for access to the town centre. Exceptionally clean throughout, the bedroom and bathroom in particular were spotless. The staff were super friendly and helpful and we really liked the feel of the hotel and some of the historic photos in the lift and dotted around. Secure parking is an additional benefit, remember to book in advance. Very welcoming for our Cocker Spaniel too.

Secure parking if reserved in advance & if available, convenient location overlooking river, easy to walk to centre of ville. Our young cavapoo was given a friendly welcome by two scottie dogs. There's a pleyal piano for guests in the lounge area. Although we didn't have breakfast the selection available seemed very good.

Friendly welcome & service wonderful from everyone in the hotel including the dog! The hotel was beautifully decorated & a quaint bar with a fabulous selection of wine. Considering on a busy road the double glazed windows took are of passing traffic. Views over the river were a bonus. Breakfast delicious.
